BDG Game Account Safety
A BDG Game account is protected by one password and by whoever holds the phone it is used on. These habits take a minute and close the easy gaps.
Make the BDG Game password hard to guess
The registration form's minimum is eight characters with letters and numbers. Go past it, mix in capitals, and never reuse the password from your email or another game. A mobile number or date of birth is the first thing anyone tries.
Remember password on a shared phone
The sign-in screen has a Remember password box. Tick it only on a phone that stays with you. On a family or borrowed handset leave it clear and log out when you finish.
Wrong passwords lock the account
Repeated wrong attempts bring up a lock notice. If you see it without having tried to log in yourself, someone else may have been guessing: set a new password by the route in the reset password guide and tell customer service.
Codes, links and files from strangers
- An invitation code goes into the registration form and nowhere else; nobody needs your password to give you one. The invite code page explains the box.
- The Gifts item on the Activity tab takes a redemption code; a message that wants money before handing one over is a warning sign.
- Install only what the platform's own Download APP button provides, as the app guide explains; a file from a chat group may ask for permissions a game has no use for.
Where real account help comes from
The platform's help sits behind Customer Service on its home screen and the Contact customer service button on the sign-in screen's lock notice. Treat any message that reaches you first and asks for a password, code or payment as a stranger's.
Questions and answers
Someone else changed my BDG Game password. What now?
Use Forgot password? to set a new one, then tell customer service through the home screen's Customer Service button. If the account uses an email address, change that email password too.
Is signing in on public Wi-Fi a problem?
It works, but on shared Wi-Fi leave Remember password clear and log out afterwards.
A strong password and a clear Remember password box are most of the job.
