BDG Game Forgot Password

A Forgot password? link on BDG Game's sign-in screen opens a separate reset form. That form has two tabs, Mailbox Reset and Phone Reset, so either contact detail can be used. BDG Game's sign-in screen also points anyone who forgot the password towards customer service.

What to do when you forget your BDG Game password

  1. Try once more with care: check that the tab matches the account, Phone Number or Email / Account, and that the number has no extra 0 or 91 typed in front.
  2. Tap the Forgot password? link on BDG Game's sign-in screen, then pick the tab for your registered contact detail: Mailbox Reset or Phone Reset.
  3. Have ready the phone number, or else the email address, that you used to sign up; the reset form asks for it.
  4. On the reset form, give that number or email, then a new password typed twice. Press Send, wait for the Verification Code, enter it, accept the Privacy Agreement by ticking its box, then press Reset. If that fails, the sign-in screen points you towards customer service.
  5. Once a new password is set, sign in straight away using the BDG login steps.

What BDG Game says after repeated wrong passwords

Once a password has been typed wrongly more than ten times, the platform's message names Forgot password as the way to change it. The message mentions no waiting time; a changed password is the only route it names.

Choosing the new password

The reset form asks for a new password and a second box to confirm it. Choose one you do not use on another app. The account safety guide covers the rest.
