BDG Game Forgot Password

BDG Game shows no reset form on its sign-in screen. Instead, a line at the top of that screen says to contact customer service if you forget your password, a Forgot password? link sits beside Remember password, and the lock notice carries a Contact customer service button.

What to do when you forget your BDG Game password

1. Try once more with care: check that the tab matches the account, Phone Number or Email / Account, and that the number has no extra 0 or 91 typed in front.
2. Tap Forgot password? beside Remember password and follow whatever the screen asks for.
3. If that does not get you in, open Customer Service from the home screen, or tap Contact customer service if the lock notice is showing, and say the password is forgotten.
4. Have the phone number or email address the account was opened with ready, since that is how the account is identified.
5. Once a new password is set, sign in straight away using the BDG login steps.

Why does BDG Game say my account has been locked?

Too many wrong passwords in a row lock the account. The notice that appears asks you to use Forgot password to set a new one, which unlocks the account and lets you log in again; its two buttons are Cancel and Contact customer service. The notice names no waiting time; a new password is the route it gives.

What password does BDG Game accept?

Give it the shape the registration form asks for: at least eight characters, with both letters and numbers, and not one you use on another app. The account safety guide covers the rest.
